Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during classes and interactions with staff and fellow students. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Certificate Issuance

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and examinations. We reserve the right to withhold certificates for incomplete or unsatisfactory performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Navodaya Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to complete a course.

8. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as necessary. We will notify students of any significant changes.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt the experience of other users. Prohibited activities include harassment, spamming, and unauthorized access attempts.

10. Privacy

11. Termination
