Refund Policy

At Navodaya Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Course Fee Refunds

Course fees are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following refund schedule:

• Before Course Start: Full refund minus processing fee (10% of course fee, minimum ₹500)
• Within 7 Days of Course Start: 50% refund of course fee
• After 7 Days of Course Start: No refund

2. Cancellation by Institute

If Navodaya Institute cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or you may transfer to another course of equal value.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a written refund request to accounts@navodayainstitute.net
• Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Registration and application fees
• Course materials and books (if already provided)
• Certificate issuance fees (if certificate has been issued)
• Processing fees

5. Transfer Policy

If you cannot complete your course, you may request to transfer to a future batch of the same course within 6 months of original enrollment. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original course ends. A transfer fee of ₹500 may apply.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Medical emergencies (documentation required)
• Relocation outside the region (proof required)
• Family emergencies (documentation required)

Each exceptional case will be reviewed individually by the management.
